We'll come by the house on the morning of scheduled photography and help with any last minute rearranging, decluttering, and fine-tune styling. Making sure that everything looks "stager approved" from towels being hung properly, personal items tucked away out of sight, all curtains and blinds open, and room lights on for the photographer.

If you need the Tailored Checklist Report immediately we can provide this report with an added RUSH FEE. We understand sometimes you have a tight timeline between the consult appointment scheduled, limited time of preparing the home, and the scheduled photography, so getting the checklist report sooner than later is needed (subject to schedule availability)
