Yes, we can certainly do consultations on vacant homes! Our recommendations will include repairs, updates, paint colors, cleaning, and we'll also include our General Pre-Listing Checklist to cover all the basic tasks to get your home ready to list on the market.

Either click the "CONTACT US" page at the top, go back to the home page and fill out the form at the bottom, or select any one of the "BOOK NOW" buttons on all of our pages.

You'll be asked to fill out a short form and we'll get in touch with you to schedule the service.

Payment for services are generally invoiced 1-2 days prior to scheduled appointment, and can conveniently be paid online via our secure accounting program which will send invoices to your email.

After you have filled out one of our inquiry forms (located within the "Contact us" page, or at the bottom of the "Home" page), we'll create a secure personalized link that we'll email to you. Just click the link and simply upload the photos to the folder.

*Only you and our Design Consultants will have this link, so your photos are always private and will never be shared without your permission*

We are a Staging Collective, so we have multiple AMAZING local Home Staging Companies that we work with! If we recommend any staging items, we'll connect you with our local staging partners.

For our Virtual Online Consulting services, we can recommend staging items that you can purchase, in most instances either locally or online.

We do not provide the real estate photos, however we are happy to recommend our top preferred professional real estate photographers.

We are happy to work with our sellers and realtors when it comes to payment for our services. We understand there are a LOT of upfront costs involved in preparing your home for sale and we're confident that the impact of our services can help you get better offers. If you need to discuss payment options, please let us know in our initial conversation so we can go over those options with you.

We provide virtual consultation services nationally for homeowners and realtors East to West coast. For in-person consultations, we work within the Greater Treasure Valley and McCall, Idaho areas and also Eastern Oregon areas of Ontario, Baker City, and La Grande.

If the home is not located in these areas, and you would like an in-person consultation, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
