In person walkthroughs
We provide a thorough walk-through consultation with the homeowner to discuss items that can be rearranged, removed, or staged to maximize showing value.
During the consultation, we'll discuss creative ways to stage the home with the clients own furniture and decor. If needed, we may suggest painting, floor cleaning or replacement, minor and major updates and/or repairs, and any staging in-fill that may be useful to help highlight areas.
Both In-Person and Virtual Consultation services provide sellers with a full detailed recommendations report of possible furniture rearrangement, decor + furniture decluttering, and minor updates or repairs.
This report serves as a great checklist for selers to follow when timelining tasks to complete prior to listing date.
