We offer both in-person home walkthrough appointments and virtual online services to evaluate the home and create a tailored checklist report that prioritizes task items such as decluttering, organizing, cleaning, minor or major updates or repairs, painting, and more. This service ensures that homeowners maximize their prospects of receiving higher offers and less time on the market. All in all, we strive to help alleviate any additional stress and worry when it comes to selling a home.​

VIRTUAL ONLINE CONSULTATION
Turnaround time for a Virtual Consultation to Tailored Checklist Report is only 48 hours!
All we need are photos of your home, simply taken from your cell phone! We'll then email you a secure link to upload those photos to us, and one of our experienced Home Design Consultants will review and evaluate each photo and what needs to be done to get your home ready to list. We'll compile a tailored checklist style report, prioritizing task items and staging recommendations!
IN PERSON WALKTHROUGH
A thorough walk-through consultation with the homeowner to discuss items that can possibly be rearranged, removed, or staged to maximize the showing value.
During the consultation we will discuss creative ways to stage the home with the clients personal furniture and decor. If needed, we'll suggest painting, floor cleaning/replacement, minor and major updates and/or repairs, and can suggest staging product in-fill that can be useful in showcasing specific areas.

Both In-Person and Virtual Consultation services provide sellers with a fully detailed recommendation report that could include: furniture rearrangement, decor and furniture decluttering, interior cleaning, minor or major updates and repairs, painting, and general outdoor clean-up and landscaping.
This report serves as a great checklist for sellers to follow when timelining tasks to complete prior to scheduled listing photos and showings.
