Home Consult Co. offers a comprehensive concierge service designed to alleviate the stress of preparing your home for sale. Our process begins with a personalized consultation, either in-person or virtual, to assess your home's needs and provide a tailored checklist of recommended tasks.
For homeowners requiring additional assistance, our team can return to the home to help remove said recommended items, rearrange furniture (in-home), and pack decor + miscellaneous items. We offer professional furniture movers, handyman for light repairs, and can provide packing supplies such as boxes, bubble wrap, and furniture blankets for an extra fee, depending on the amount needed. This full concierge service is ideal for busy or overwhelmed sellers, ensuring a smooth and efficient preparation process that enhances your home's market appeal.

We often will bundle our services to provide a full team to assist, so some light handyman services may be included with your concierge or moving cost. Home Consult Co. aims to provide more value to our clients in the service than us just "adding additional costs + services", so our movers + handyman contractors may be the same (thus we'll include it in the concierge or mover rate)
